The last day of 2012. As you might have guessed from the title this will be a summary of 2012 – a year of both good and bad things – mostly bad… But I won't focus on the bad things as I want to create a positive energy. So let's get started!
Black Veil Brides concert. Probaly some of the best that happened this year. I saw BVB live the 12th of June in Berlin. It was amazing. I can't forget Jinxx pointing at me… I started to play the bass. Obviously I also got a bass… And a new pickguard. I'm actually proud of how much I've already learned and I'm looking forward to keep playing. I got a cat. Yup, a little kitten. Her name is Toffee and she is four and a half month. [link] Isn't she just adorable? I got a great new friend. You should all go watch her, she's really nice! ~AskinAlexandriaLover I got a reply from Ashley Purdy! I sent my drawings to him, he sent them back, signed, gave me some basspicks, and a special Set The World On Fire lyric card, also signed. I got my braces removed. I'm so happy about that! No more metal in my mouth! I was had internship at the instrument store for a week. It was amazing. I got to work there at the storage, in the store, decorate the shop for Christmas and I got to play Mikey Way's custom bass in a special bass sound room with all these cool amps and stuff. To those of you who don't know; it was (one of) my dream to play Famous Last Words on Mikey's bass, so doing that WAS a dream coming true. The sad thing is Mikey's bass was so damn good to play, better than my own, so now I can't really play on my own anymore as I know Mikey's is better. So now I want to buy it. I celebrated my 15th birthday in Berlin with my best friends. School trip in Berlin, fucking awesome, they had some really cool stores. The day before my birthday we went to the Hard Rock café, where it happened they had a bass Mike Dirnt has used to a show! ZOMF! All in Green Day had signed it. Let's just say I was ready to steal… I was on (?) Iceland with my father. It was really nice. It's first time I've been to another country with him, so it was really cool. We drove around, saw Gulfoss, Geysir, Reykjavik, rode horses, saw some mountains, lakes, waterfalls etc. And last, but not at least a small thing, that might seem unimportant and just happened a few days ago; I got a new style. Why is that important? It isn't in that case, but I kind off needed a new style as my band tees, colored jeans don't work anymore. I have to go to a new school, next level of my education in six months, and it's serious there. There isn't room for standing out, and I don't want to there. I have six months to grow up in, which isn't much. I've cleaned up in my room, removing everything weird/childish (except my loved posters and lightsaber), I got a lot of new clothes, complete different style. However I won't quit my music, but I have to grow up. I think I still can buy just one more MCR shirt though…So happy New Year to all of you.
I haven't forgot the whole 24/31 days drawing challenge thing. I actually got so far to make 23 drawings. But I don't think I'll upload many of them as they didn't come out that good, it was rushed and it just doesn't work then. But I improved slightly. I have to spend more time on drawing, but I'll upload the best of them.
